Would you like print only a specific section of your Excel document? Set up a print area.
Your Excel file contains a lot of data. And you want to print only part of a painting?
It is possible to isolate an area for printing.
Select the area you want to print. On the Page Layout menu, click Print Area, and then click Set Print Area.
If you preview your print, you will only see the chosen area.
