In Excel, you filled your cells in lowercase when you wanted them in uppercase?
When you have a table with text entered in upper or lower case, it is possible to create a new table as you wish without having to retype everything.
Thus, the following functions will transform your texts:
UPPER: To capitalize an entire text.
LOWER: to make an entire text lowercase.
PROPER: To capitalize the first letter of each word and lower case the other letters.
To use these functions, put your cursor in an empty cell, enter one of the functions and validate it to open the parenthesis. Inside this parenthesis, select the cell that contains the text you want to edit.
The result will give you your text either all in all caps, or all in lowercase, or the first letter of each word in capital letters depending on the formula chosen.
