Are you searching for a particular email? Does it feel akin to finding a needle in a haystack?
Outlook has a powerful and relevant search engine.
For example, it can find all messages on the same topic (even if the messages are filed in different folders).
Right–click on the email with the subject whose other emails you want to find. On the pop–up menu, click Find Related, and then click Messages in this Conversation.
Outlook displays all messages with the same subject.
You can more or less refine the search by targeting the folder(s). At the very top of the screen, a new box has appeared. By clicking on it, you can choose which folders Outlook should search for.
The Search menu appears. It provides you with many options and search criteria.
When you‘re done searching, click Close Search to return to the classic view.
You can bring up this menu at any time. In the bar at the top of your window, type in a word or something and this menu will be displayed.
