Are you overwhelmed by the number of emails in inbox? Show as conversations to prevent confusion between different topics.

You can group your emails by conversation. This allows you to follow the entire thread of exchanges in one go.

In addition, you can classify, or even put in the trash, all the emails at once.

On the View menu, check Show as Conversations.

The Conversation Settings menu allows you to configure several points:

  • Show messages from Other Folders: When you unfold a conversation, youll also see messages in other folders.
  • Show Senders Above the Subject: If you uncheck this option, the sender will be below the emails.
  • Always Expand Selected Conversation: The conversation opens without having to doubleclick.
  • Use Classic Indented View: Emails are indented to signify direct replies. If the option is unchecked, all emails, starting from the 2nd of the conversation, are on the same alignment.

In New Outlook

On the View menu, click Conversations, and then click Group into conversations.
